Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer exchange, but unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind. 

If you decide you don't love our product, please email us at thinamicrystals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will provide the shipping address details. The item(s) must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. 

NOTE: Exchanges due to change of mind are not offered for sale items. 

To complete your return, you will have to show proof of purchase, such as an email with your order confirmation details, receipt, or a bank statement showing money has been withdrawn from your account and has been sent to us.

If you email us 14 days after delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to process your exchange.

The item being returned needs to be in its new, original condition that you received it in. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your returned item does not make it to us and gets lost in the mail? Sadly, we are not responsible for lost returns. It is considered your responsibility to make sure returns are packaged and sent via trackable means.
